Hello,
have set up some simple rules (see attachment), which places some bets, which i want to keep inplay.
The bot arms row 1 and 2 16 hours before "event start", and I have set the "Keep IP" to fire from 10 minutes before event start, until event start.
However, it does not keep the bets inplay anyway. Any help much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks

Yes, but as i have it to arm 10 min before off, it should have plenty of time?
At one point at set the arm time for the lay to 12 hours, and the arm time for KEEP IP to 11.59.00 hours, but it still did not fire/keep the bets.

Bets are cancelled unless you ask for them to be kept when the market goes in play.Tytteboevs wrote:Yes, but as i have it to arm 10 min before off, it should have plenty of time?

However, the rule you have made is timed to end at the start time, and most events do not start exactly on time. So at the time of going into play, you have no rule to stop bets being cancelled.
Try altering the rule to a time well after the start.

Thanks for the answer, will try that.
There is a difference from "event start time" to "Inplay time", and as most matches do not start that much earlier, I thought 10 minutes before the expected start time (not turning inplay) time was ok?
