In-play trading, ive not received my winnings

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hello,

Placed a £50 back bet on Rich jade 5.55pm FAIRYHOUSE (IRE) 7f race, it was a photo finish and Rich jade won, my winnings where £15, I have not been paid this and I have lost of £50 stake, can someone please explain?

I think you should address that to betfair customer support. That market has been settled 6 mins after start time.

Correct. Good luck with Betfair support. Loads of tickets on queue but totally worth the shot contacting them.
