Automated Dutching?

Can anybody explain what - Stake - "By Book %" means in the automation rules?

Is this to do with automated dutching?

If so - how would that work?

Yes, I thought BA underplayed this addition

Previously, you could get BA automation to identify opportunities to Dutch/Book the field, but the settings on the stakings made it impossible to implement (unless you used Excel)

Now you can do that, which is a fantastic piece of kit!

If you enter £175 for example in the £ box and use by book %, the stakes will be entered accordingly to spreading the stakes across a £175 book liability

Therefore, a horse at 4.2 would be £41.67 stakes
a horse at 4.9 would be £35.71 etc

Thanks for that - I saw that thread earlier which led me to investigate the automated dutching option.

I downloaded the .baf and understand it - just not sure if you need to setup a rule for each selection or just one selection?

You need to replicate the rule for each selection. Easily enough done. (But I'm not doing that job. People should learn at least that aspect of guardian for themselves).
