Tennis Greening up

Please can someone help me

I am laying the player who is a set up and taken a break lead in the second set
I can get the lay to trigger but want to green up if the losing player regains the break and gets the set back on serve.

Can someone tell me how to input this please?

Also is it possible to stipulate a minimum lay price for the first part of the bet?
