Need help for setting up rules.

Hi, community!
I am a newbie for BEt Angel and it is very diffucult for me to get familliar with the softwere.
I have watched the most part of video tutorials and all the info in the net, but i can't configurate it like i want.

First, i want to make a scalping automation bot.

The game must be in-play. When a back stake is ofr example - 1.50, bot must have to place a bet with liability of my bank whic is 100 euros for example.
Than the bot must "cash out" when the stake is dropped to 1.47-1.48.
Also bot must back only after previous bet is settled.

What type of rules should i use ?
