Hi Guys
I need some help with this please, after 5 years with betangel im finally trying to automate somethings,
This is what i would like to do,
the attached link shows the video from PW on front runner bot,the video shows how to back a selection and lay off and keep inplay
i would like to be able to pick a selection and green up at 50% less of bsp for -(lets say 10 quid)but i cant find a way to do it other than offseting with ticks, and this dont work for an exact 50% of bsp lay,
Thanks in advance for your help.

ok ive managed to move forward,
ive set it up to back for 10 quid before the off and the second part is to place a lay bet when the profit is greater than 10 quid using the green all profit condition,
problem is it is only greening on the 1 selection i placed the origonal bet on ,it is not greening the book,
help anyone ???

You dont need to create a new rule for each section, but the green up rule and condtions should always be seperate to your back or lay rules.madgoose1 wrote:create a new rule for each selection
You should have your rule for back bet at SP & stake etc
Then a seperate rule that looks like this
General
"Green all selections", Arm 5 secs after event start, allow to trigger upto 10 times re arm every 1 sec.
Parameters (None)
Conditions
"Green all profit condition" or you can even use the "close trade profit condition" providing greening is ticked to hedge the close.

now tell me please i have the bot set up now to do a back the fav for 10 quid green up all selection when profit with greening is greater than 10 quid, works a treat
But ,is there a way that i can attach the bot to gardian and then choose which runner i want to apply it to,when i change the fav row 1 to a named selection it askes me if i want to heek the change i have made, and changes the features of the bot.
i want to attach using gardian go through my races (,edit rule)make my selection and then same on next race .how can i do that please ??

or do i need to create a new rules file for each time i need to use it for different selections ??
As far as i am aware your previous post is correct, when your are appling a rule by selection rather than order of fav or betfair row index unless appling it to just one market at a time you would need to duplicate the rule because of the change of selection for each race.
Once duplicated (while selection is still set to BF Fav) and saved as say B2L 1, B2L 2, B2L 3 etc you can then apply a individual rule to each market then go through each one and change and change from Fav to selected runner for that race.

thanks for your help dallas,,
one thing i have noticed while playing around with this is that often im getting greens for more than the requested 10 quid .i was wondering was it dangerous not to have the lay bet kept inplay .now i cant figure out which is best ,
1-to miss my lay not being matched by not keeping the lay inplay.
2- or to have more greening because the price can drop further past the asking green of 10 quid and the refire green all positions is getting more money,
deary me what to do ?

I am assuming your refering to placing both the back and lay manually just before the off?convoysur-2 wrote:miss my lay not being matched by not keeping the lay inplay.
If so i would continue this way when possible and fall back on the automation only when not at your computer or if pre occupied trading another market.
