This is not some mug punter chasing losses, this guy has been active in the markets for a few weeks now laying big amounts on the first 2-3 in the market and wanting it matched.

He is not particularly selective either. I've seen lay bets of 5k sitting at the front of the queue in a laytown race and also 30k bets in group races.

There is some kind of strategy at play here and I've no idea what it is but its obviously somebody with very deep pockets.

To assume its some mug blowing his inheritance is wrong unless he's got a few million in his account.

I love how everyone is trying to figure mug punters strategy :D There are rich people in the world you know, this one obviously just discovered laying and as far as I can tell he's loving it! No one that has any slightest idea how betting works would do things that he is doing in markets every day. His "strategies" are not sustainable and he'll be gone someday, hope sooner than later, never liked him :/

I posted something identical last week when he first appeared in the Bomber thread where he is being discussed

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4934&start=270 (2nd from bottom)

TBH it was a bit tongue in cheek at the time but watching today being 90% sure its the same guy just with a slight change in his actvity could mean the above is looking more likely.

Thanks Peter, and I must say I've never heard of a meeting being abandoned due to false ground.

Glad you said that as I just said the same thing to somebody else. Feels a much more positive day all round apart from the Ayr cock up by Betfair.

Betdaq is doing well today as well.
