scalping the draw but laying first for insurance

hi all, I have been working on a bot to scalp the draw but trying to lay first for added insurance on another trade on correct score market.

Problem im having is lack of bets matched any advice ?
I am laying at best custom price 1 above market price and trying to offset by backing for same value 1 tick better.
Was thinking instead of using my £200 stake each time to scalp with to use £2 continuously and run rule 2 times a second ?
Basic idea but any help on getting the offset money matched quicker ie as money is taken would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried using offset batches?

im using offset batches 100 with fill or kill 30 seconds ..
rule only in market for first 11 minutes
