That is really bad PR for racing again. Favourite refuses to race, but stands as a runner! :oops:

The rule should be simply changed to horse past the start line is a runner and as in twist magic's case a refuse to start and void bets, rule 4 applies.

Betfair paid out on this race?? I was trading this one and should have had a profit but wasn't paid...

Cant see any profit you should have had? Looks like you let the profit run on Twist Magic and didn't green up?

Oh yeah of course I remember now, I'm getting it confused with another one yesterday where I wouldn't have expected to have been paid out on, there have been so many rule 4s lately, we need someone to start an insurance service!
