Hi guys,

Absolute n00b here so be gentle!

Is it possible to setup bet angel so it lays the first horse to go below certain odds (during the race) using a stake amount that I would put into the system before the race? for example I specify a stake of £10 to lay the first horse that goes below 3.00?

Thanks!

Yes just go into guardian and create a new rule and set the rule up as follows

General
"Place a lay bet"
Arm "2 secs after goes in play"
Allow rule to trigger "1 time"
Applies to selection "in position 1 (sorted in order of favouritism)"

Parameters
Place at "Fixed price" odds 3.0
"Fixed price" £10.00

Condition type (set both of these below)
"Fixed odds Condition"
Selection "current (in position 1 (sorted in order of favouritism)
The selcetions "Last traded price"
Is "less than" 3.05

"Number of place bets trigger condition"
The number of placed bets rules triggered on "the market"
is "equal to" "0"

This will ensure only one lay is placed on whichever horse trades at 3.00 first regardless of SP or betfair row, if the price smashes straight through you may even get matched at even lower odds.
