Bet Angel Refresh Rates

What do most pro traders use as the auto refresh rate ?

If set to 200ms are pro traders able to see where the flow of money is going and where the market is likely to be heading, or is a 1 second refresh rate better to assess this ( to hit the sweet spot ), or does it not matter , or does it depend whether the race is likely to be a scalping race or a swing trade ?
