Hello everybody,

I select markets( soccer matches) to guardian but the volume is zero always (photo attached).

Other data on columns are ok like time to start ect.
I tried also other markets but the situation is the same.

I check also the help video but i can't find my mistake about volumes in order to be appeared.

I will appreciate any suggestion I'm using free trial Bet Angel professional.

Thank you in advance
Tony

Hi, Tony. I have the same trouble. So, i've found why. This happens only with trial. I bought 1 day version of Bet Angel and all is work perfectly. Problem with trial version, as i found.

No difference between the trial and full edition. Betfair do restrict certain things on accounts if they are unfunded so that's a possible.

This has got nothing to do with the trial version.

You need to speak to betfair to find out why they have restricted your account. When they restrict your account you lose all volume information and your prices will be delayed (although they don't change the timestamp, so the fact the prices are delayed is not always obvious!).

The lack of volume info is the clearest indicator that Betfair is restricting you.

Hi Euler,

You are right i tried full edition and the situation is the same. The strange thing is that the with another API the volume can be shown. Anyway i will contact with betfair as you said.

Thnx again for your support

Best Regards
Tony
