i notice recently that a lot of bitcoin betting exchanges are available on the net that offer anonymous betting few examples are :
https://www.betbtc.co/
https://www.fairlay.com/
so i was wondering if this concept is anonymous are the same laws apply to them in comparison to betfair and betdaq
do they need a gambling license to operate ?
cause i cant see any geographical restrictions , if not that means anyone can just set up a website and offer an anonymous betting exchange make money and no pay any taxes as a company or follow any law restrictions
Thanks in advance

I read an article along the lines of this not so long ago but I can't remember where it was. Perhaps on the forum somewhere?
Hello,
I remember reading fairly recently that the US ha closed mt gox, so sure that kind of legal stance taken by the us will have an even further negative impact on the currencies value/volitility.
Also as an exchange, i would think it be fairly illquid?
I'm also very new here and this seemed a good place to introduce myself!
