all if i show odds of 8.4 in one column and i want another column to show 11.0 as a result of the 8.4 what is the sum for this, any spreadsheet mathamaticians,

If cell A1 is your 8.4 and you want cell B1 to be 11.0 then cell B1 should contain =A1*1.31
It gives 11.004 to be exact but 1 decimal place gives 11.0
Kind of hard to tell what you're doing though, 7.4 or 9.4 with the same formula will result in 9.7 and 12.3 respectively.
In a lay to back strategy, they all result in roughly 22-23% profit greened up.
