The 3.35 an Ablsoulute Beauty. 2.48 down to 2.04. A lovely profit now today. Been very tough today. over 80% strike rate but the losses certainly bigger then average wins. :D

Is there any way to know how many races will there be each day? I have noticed that on mondays there is no evening races. Is there anything more to know about each day? I would like to know this to plan my schedule.

Is there more races in the summer because there is no rain/bad weather or because there are more races?

Thanks for your help.

You can download the entire BHA fixture list in a spreadsheet from their website.

I can certainly help you with this with my racing knowledge.

Generally as a rule. On Sundays and Monday nights/evenings during the winter there is no All weather racing. You will Find during the winter, typically Wednesday to Friday there are Evening meetings on the All Weather. Tuesdays and Saturdays still do have them sometimes.

Race times through the winter will average a start time from roughly 11.00 am up to around 4pm (National Hunt racing) That is usually between November to March.
Reason, They cant run on the turf in the dark.

Think like the seasonal times and you will have a rough idea,Example at this point you will see lots of racing starting much earlier then 12 noon. But come February your notice racing starts around 12.30- 1pm. Simply due to sunrise and sunset.

As a rule, On Mondays and Tuesdays there is always less meetings any time of the year.

When the flat season starts, April. That is when turf racing starts from around 2pm all the way up to 9.30pm at night. Just simply as it is light and the summer weather attracts more racing.

As a rule- Unless there is a festival then racing is usually rubbish on a Monday. Still saying that racing festivals usually always start from a Tuesday onwards.

In the summer- Sundays usually do not have evening racing and Mondays you will only have 1 which is usually at Windsor.

As far as I am aware there is not a formula to knowing how many meetings will be on in a day. But as rule. Mondays at the lowest peak will be 2 race meetings, gradually building up during the week and Saturdays you can easily have 10.

Bank holidays there will be loads of racing. Xmas eve and Xmas day there is no racing.

Generally busy days:
Saturdays (All year long)
Boxing day
New years day
Bank Holidays

I use this as a quick over view also has some handy filters and goes several months in advance
