Help with Guardian

I'm running 1.42.2 on windows 8 and using Guardian to run automation in play.

After the race has suspended all the info disappears from Guardian.

Is there a way to fix this?

It used to retain all the info , matched bets etc, which selection won in the in-play trader window etc

Now it just resets all matched bets and info. The log does retain the triggered bets but if I am away for the day I have no idea at a glance what the resulting P/L for each race is.

Can anyone shed any light on why this happening?

Hi there it looks like there is a issue with Guradian thank god i have left old version of BA on my laptop, this new version has bugs it seems, i have had issues of double bet fireing on the ladder, put in say £100 and it enters £200, I will go through to support if i were you

There are no known bugs with the current version of the software.

Betfair changed the way information is displayed after an event is closed. To get around this you can use this feature:-

Fair enough peter then what is the explanation with the double stakes entry on the ladder, i can asure you i have thin fingers no nerves on the amounts am entering

Best way to help us help you is you can: -

(a) show us the steps to replicate the error you are seeing

and/or

(b) show us some videos of the error occurring

We can put logging in the dev edition to trap any errors you may see and resolve them.

Hi Peter.

The video you refer to was uploaded in September.

The Guardian version I was using in October was leaving the race data after the event had finished. I could see at a glance what my P/L was the instant I clicked on a race in Guardian that had already been suspended/finished.

Are you saying that Betfair have made changes more recently than September (when you uploaded that video) that will affect the data being retained?

Is there a way to download previous versions of the software to test it against the latest version?
