Courtsiding

Last night I visited Romford Dogs, and I thought I'd check betfair exchange just before the off, and I noticed that odds were still available when the race was in running, up to about 200 meters (about half the race). All I had to do was lay the dog in last, and watch the winnings come in. I didn't do it because I don't know how legal it is, and to me seems ethically wrong. It's pretty much stealing . Are there any laws against this to stop people doing this? I'm aware it happens in Tennis and there has been a few situation where people are getting chucked out. Any thoughts?

Very interesting to read this...
This is not illegal though, no forms of courtsiding are illegal.
There is much misreporting of this activity. It's true that they don't like it happening at events for sure.
However, it's just having access to information faster than others..
Good luck next time

If there are laws against it, i dont think anyone has told BF!
If you see free money just take it.

It seemed to work for all races apart from the last one. If it's not illegal I might try and give it a go as romford dogs is only round the corner from me. The one click option would make it a lot better aswell, as I was clicking the dog putting the stake in and clicking confirm can waste some valuable time. Liquidity is rather low and there is only about a 10er available at best price. And best price on the lay side is way above most bookies sp. Is there a decent strategy for this?

I'm gona try and get there monday and use £2 stakes. I'll see you all there. Fastest finger first. Any one know if there is an app that uses one click betting instead of doing it manually through the betfair exchange?
