What's the pattern and / or significance in these numbers?

2,3,5,6,7

I'm working on something and these numbers keep popping out. I'm staring at them but can't immediately see the link. There must be one or maybe there isn't?

Thought I would offer it out to the community to see if you could see anything?

The only thing I can see for me is the seem to go like so.

Non triangular 2
Triangular 3
Non triangular 5
Triangular 6
Non triangular 7

Are you looking for a formula for this sequence or are you trying to work out the next set of numbers?

Do you have more numbers after 7?

For me the next number after this sequence would definitely be 10.

I can see 2 patterns Triangular numbers and a pentagon sequence.

Triangular numbers

3 6 10 15 21 28 36 45

pentagon numbers

0, 1, 2, 5, 7, 12, 15, 22, 26, 35, 40, 51, 57, 70, 77, 92, 100, 117,

Inbetween

So the pattern could look like this

2 3 5 6 7 10 12 15

I think there is a distinct advantage into having an enquiring mind and trying to solve these puzzles as you get a lovely picture of a market when you have solved them.
