Have had to put a few windscreen reflectors up to block out the sun or else by 5 my room is like a free sauna - think I need to invest in an air con. unit - any recommendations?

Great weather, had a nice meal outside earlier, just wish it was like this more often. I bought an aircon unit about 2 years ago, only had to use it about 3 times though, a waste of a few hundred quid.

My trading is not good today, I am trying to use big stakes and it's just so much harder! I had a £83 loss on my second race and £40 loss after it. Nightmare.

Maybe I should have increased them slowly

I just want them big profits! When I've finished trading i'll be in my garage/gym pushing some weights about, then I'll crack open my crate of buds, might pop to my local for a few, I intend on trading tomorrow so I'm not getting smashed tonight! no plans this weekend. Just gunna chill.

drinks in manchester tonight, sleeping off my hangover, trading tomorrow afternoon and driving over to ripon tommorow night for a bbq. Sunday yet to be decided! Hopefully get a few hours trading in but probably won't make it. depends how bad I am on saturday night I guess.
