Sorry to say this but
if you lay or back more than one runner in a race and one of the runners falls and the odds are 1000 or not available then
when you green up you don't get the correct profit/loss figure across all runners
this is because the faller is included in the green up calculation - it should not be!
this affects especially smaller stake players like me
Can you fix this please!
Also, when you sort the market from smallest to largest the 1000 runners are at the top!
I want to see who's winning not the ones that have already lost!
Also - where is the lay dutching option? I can see the back dutch but no lay?
Also - when you back using the one click screen to a given liability figure (eg like when you lay) it sends the figure as the stake! eg 20 liability is sent through as the stake giving a odds x 20 liability! I lost 100 doing this when the odds were 6.0 ! not the expected 20 for a stake that should have been a fiver!
I think I have found serious bugs in BetAngel
You do get the correct P&L if you are hedgeing the field - if your closing a trade on a single runner the and have layed for small stakes where the back bet needed at 1000.0 would be less than 1p then the back bet is sent for £2 at those odds - but then why would you want to close a trade on a fallen runner?
The lay dutching option is just to the right of the dutching tab "Bookmaking"
If you have the "Auto stake" set to liability and the auto update box ticked Its most likely you clicked on the wrong side of the book on the One-click screen possibly if you have recently changed the odds display between normal and reverse

lets say Im backing 3 runners - not dutching
I want to green up on the two after the 3rd has fallen.
It shouldn't include the runner with 1000 odds!

in the back stake box put 2
in the liability box put 5
if you tick the checkbox the stake changes from 2 to 5 and that's your stake not the liability!
I don't understand the lay dutch function so I will get back to that later

You need the click features/bookmaking so the bookmaking function appears to the right of the dutching tab.
Thats how it should be setAllTheGearNoIdea wrote:in the back stake box put 2

Now if you want to lay captain chaos at 5.1 it will lay for £4.88 (£20 liability) - as the odds change so does the lay amount reqired, providing you have set it to do so as in the black box i have highlighted

I appreciate your help, but I'm not getting it.
Do you have to reverse your back and lay columns to make it work?
Your screen shot shows pink for backing?

No thats just personal preference which way you have it and does nt alter the way the liabilty works - thats all done in the highlighted box, I have it that way as i find it easier on the ladder view, on the screen your using its to change weather you want to offer or take a price.
If your unsure its best just loading a market up in practice (do one of tomorrows now) and have a play

Thanks Dallas appreciated - but it works laying to a liability not backing to a required profit if you see hat I mean. eg I want to make 20 at any odds and BA works out the stake.
I think we may be at crossed wires.

I see what you mean now - your wanting back to a target profit.
You can just do this in the dutching view - or are you wanting to back additional runners to the same target profit but later on in the race and after the first has already been matched?

Thanks Dallas
The green up thing is still an issue sorry to say
eg
I fancy a horse to win but
in play the horse I want falls and there are now two in contention.
and the p&l on the green up column indicates I can make a small profit or at least lower my loss on the first horse
Because the faller at 1000 is included I always are worst off
So can this be fixed? eg in the green up if the horse is 1000 it is ignored?
thanks

Hi Dallas - Happy New Year
I have Green column ticked to green up for an equal amount across all runners.
