Log not matching up with bet history

Hi, i have noticed that an automation rule is firing Back bets when there is nothing that tells it to. It is not logging them on the log either. So i have a net Lay position, and am in a profitable situation, then the rule puts a couple of Back bets in and the position turns into a loss. I am in practice mode, so no actual losses.

This is the last line of the log from Guardian.
07/01/2016 21:37:48: [G_Auto] : £ 0.09 Lay bet placed on The Draw at 110. Fully matched at 110. Ref: 10995 ( Fill or kill bet with 30 seconds delay. )

And from the Bet Angle Matched bets screen, two Back bets on different selections, both at the same time of 21:39:53, Both Ref Numbers (10996 & 10998) dont show on the log.

So,

User error?

There is a greening rule, but these two bets wouldnt green all, and even if they were triggered by the greening rule, wouldnt there be a log entry?

The Lay rule has Parameters-Best Market Price-Global Settings=None. Fill or kill=30 secs

Any suggestions? I will keep running this automation , there is an export log to file rule, so i will try to work out whats going on. As well as the above example, it has happened 2 or 3 times today.
