Money not matched, help and advice needed.

Hi,

For some reason my money is not being matched until the whole pot is taken rather than my place in the queue.

For example:

There was £800 in a pot and then I put £300 in making the pot £1100. Over £3000 was matched at the price but my money was not matched. The pot never hit zero. Its happened before and my money is only taken when the pot hits zero.

Can anyone help, have I changed a setting some where?

If you can get a video of it next time it can be submitted to Betfair for claification

Hi Dallas,

thanks for the info.

Just went on the betfair website and found my money had been matched correctly but bet angel had not updated.

So I shut it down and reloaded it and then the correct matched money was shown.

Not sure what happened with Bet Angel, but got there in the end.
