I was wondering if BetAngel could provide us with a breakdown of which odds ladder increments have strong priority during X-Matching for the Back and Lay ladders respectively, and which have weak priority. An Increment with Strong Priority is an increment that has priority against all worse prices; an Increment with Weak Priority is an increment that improves the price without gaining priority against all worse prices.
For example, for two runner markets Bet 1 for a worst price, if entered before Bet 2 for an incrementally better price, has priority over Bet 2, if the fill comes from the cross matched order, and if the reciprocal prices for the two Bets fall on the same increment on the Odds Ladder.
So Bet 1 to back Team 1 $100 at 2, is placed in the book as a back order for $100 at 2, along with a cross match to lay Team 2 for $100 at 2. Another customer wants to better the price so puts an order (Bet 2) to back $100 at 1.99. Bet 2 is represented in the book as a back order for $100 at 1.99 and a lay order $100 at 2. In the event of a cross match (somebody backing Team 2 at 2), Bet 1 therefore has priority in the book over Bet 2 even though Bet 1 is at a worse price. On the Back Odds Ladder, 2 is an Increment with Strong Priority, and 1.99 has Weak Priority.
Setting aside multi runner markets for the moment, has this been exposited this further?

Odds Ladder Increments with Weak, Strong Priority during X-M
Assuming I've understood correctly, odds with strong priority are just the ones which have an exact inverse on the ladder. Then this should be the complete list:
