Evening all

I'm having a bit of a mental block here with the attached rule set.

Here's what I'd like to do:

1. Place a back bet on the favourite with Offset & Greening for 1 tick
2. If the offset lay bet hasn't been matched after a period of 2+ seconds, the trade is closed with greening.

Can someone (*waves at Dallas*) point out the error in my ways with in my rule example file?

Do I need to fire my rule off multiple times?

In my example, I've just included the single selection (the favourite) - given the rule may include more selections, perhaps this (Unmatched time condition) isn't the best condition to be using anyway since other positions may be open :S

Hi Dallas, as always, thanks for your help.

What it is currently doing is placing a back bet fine and offsetting by a tick. Lovely.

However, the offset lay bet is still being held open even after the allotted 2 seconds in the 'close trade on selection' has expired.

Have you checked all the timings - fill & kill, unmatched bet, re-arm to make sure they all tie in and dont trip over each other?

You could be onto something there Dallas.

I'm going to strip out/down the fill or kill sections and close selection rearming to see what's going on and take them out of the equation.

Are you still stuck? Just you seem to have removed the file

Hi Dallas, yup still stuck I'm afraid.

I've uploaded a new version..which doesn't work as I'd hoped - this is probably just me being an idiot.

D'oh!

Dallas you are a legend. I'll have a play with it later on this afternoon.

Hopefully, I'll soon start to get into a position where I'm not asking you stupid questions!!!

Many thanks
