Let's say I want to back home team @1.97 and bet my whole bank.After one hour the market goes up/down. Can I cashout or lay the home team to take my profit/loss even if i don't have any more money in my account?

Yes you are able to exit at anytime if doing so by greening or redding up (spreading your profit or loss equally across all selections)
You can also just close the trade (place a equal sized bet to your original bet)
Providing the liability of the bet required is less than your original bank plus potential winnings from that selection.
eg, £100 bank which was used to back @ 1.98 = £198 (including potential profit)
So you can close trade with a £100 lay up to a liability of £198 which would be odds of 2.98
This would then leave you -£100 if the home team come back and won but £0 loss on either the away team or draw
