Hi Guys.
Rather then ring Betfair, I thought I would call on the ocean of knowledge on this forum.
Is there somewhere on the Betfair site where you can check the highest/lowest price, each horse traded at in a particular race, on that days racing.
In particular, I'm thinking of the bot "Lay the first horse to reach 2.0" bot. I would like to see how those horses fared.
I've been following this over the weekend and it appears you would have been better off backing at evens, rather then laying.
Checking inplay prices from the day's racing.
Here you go every race going back several years

Thanks again Dallas. Just what was needed.
However, sorry for appearing stupid but it does not make clear who was the first horse to evens.
The winner went from 14.0 to - obviously.
the second horse touched 1.54 in running.
But how do you know, who was first to 2.0?
The runner up could have put in a strong late challenge, but might have been the second horse to 2.0.

Sorry you wont get that info from timeform, I posted that link as the question in the OP asked for the IR high/Low traded price of each runner.
Im not aware of any website that publishes something as specified as which was the first horse to trade at 2.0 (or any odds) - There could be one out there but i have never heard of any that even come close to it
Your probably going to have to collect the data yourself using a data capture spreadsheet, there is one on this forum for download which you attach to guardian and it collects the odds every second during the final 5 mins pre-race but im sure the time can be changed to IR instead.

You can download the betfair price data files at http://data.betfair.com/
They're timestamped with the first and last times the prices were taken so might be useful. Be aware they are large files so probably want to use something like Access or some other database program to get the best out of them.

Thanks guys.
As I'm areal technophobe, the thought of spreadsheets etc, makes my blood run cold lol!
I think I'll go with the obvious solution from Duggs. But the Timeform data does make interesting reading, if you want to see how many horses get beaten at very low prices.
