EXCEL PROBLEMS

Hi just wondering if any one can help me with Excel, I keep getting the Error (Unable to open Excel - Retrieving the COM class ) Error. What i am asking for please is how do i get Excel to work in Bet Angel, i have tried all the settings i know of but obviously am missing something.

I have uninstalled my office setup, and am going to reinstall and see if that helps.
