hayd 16:00 failed to go inplay

i lost 76 in that race,on a back to lay ,and i would have been matched,been on the phone a couple of times.but they are saying now that the market never went inplay,there is no point in me getting stressed with with these people,
its like trying to make chicken salad from chicken shit.
it just cant be done.
