Work hard, buy real estate, make bucket load on selling, buy business and lose the lot. Buy ex-wife new house and car.

Repeat this procedure three times. Change house types and cars though.

Add in a good sense of humour and good friends to stiffen the resolve of the mix.

Marry wife number 4 who is unbelievably tight with money, pay cash for real estate and everything else and DON'T sell.

Learn slowly how to trade, don't expect miracles and enjoy life.

There is good news though - If your trading works as planned, you won't have time to find wife number 5
