IMO

Most psychological issues are caused by lack of +expectancy, & a post-it doesn't solve it

"I'll never go in play again" - why not find out why you went in play in the first place, then you'll never need to do it again

Similar thing with batteries, I make sure I have a set ready to go at a seconds notice - not a post-it saying "you dickhead batteries next time"

I changed from "don't go if play" post it to "always Hedge at the Off" postit and found that much more useful and I actually followed that. Think it is to do with it being a positive rather than a negative statement

You can have as many mice plugged in permanently as you like. Just have a cheap one plugged in a spare usb round the back ready to go.

And what's this with batteries? Bit old skool init? My Logitech MX recharges and I can leave it plugged in while i'm using it for the times when I didn't see low battery light flashing. Post-it - "It's 2018, stop using a 90s mouse"

I am not Euler, but can say.. I do not think anyone is on his level. Certainly from knowledge and experience I would say their isn't any.
