Give everybody registered to vote a non-identifiable serial number. Give them a carbon copy or receipt. Log everybody's vote in a database. Publish all the serial numbers and anyone who's vote didn't count or went the wrong way can object. 8-)

Cant they use their SSN and check that those numbers are not linked to someone who is dead ?

My assumption is that anyone who doesn't have a SSN is illegal.
