Strange club Spurs, always the bridesmaid.

Only Saints have changed more managers than Spurs in the prem era

Surely Ange can't hold on for much longer?

Interestingly Ange was around 1.3 to be next to leave after the game, then dropped further to 1.2 after he spoke to the media. Came across very resigned, with less fight than normal.

The only way you would get consistency is if a single ref does all the matches

And maybe not even then!
Yeah I agree it's a near impossibility Kai but the same ref in the same match ... come on, we should expect better.

Looking at their fixtures I would personally give Ange three more games

Andy Townsend getting pissed off with the diving in the Villa v West Ham game  In fairness most of the players in the league today would fold like a deck chair if Andy tackled them back in the day.

From their next 4, they could lose 2, draw 1 and win 1 and still be in the knockouts of the Europa league, Carabao cup final, and FA Cup quarter finals! :?

That too :D

I was being facetious, but imagine if Ange bags a cup and finishes just above the relegation zone, wouldn't fans consider that a somewhat successful season?

They should be getting some players back at the end of this month but problem is that Vicario and Solanke aren't back until March

Another throwback to what Conte said not long ago, don't know if Ange is a cup manager but that's what they probably need

You have to question why Spurs have 13 players out and are plummeting. And yet Bournemouth have 9 out but are more than ok. The Spurs squad cost more than twice of the Bournemouth squad,

Which is unfortunately nearly their entire starting lineup.

But I agree, like I said Ange has to shoulder some of the blame for the injury crisis, since their matches are often like basketball matches. Kulusevski looked totally spent yesterday and didn't look like he was up for yet another comeback, if that man feels jaded you can imagine how the rest of them feel.

Klopp had to revamp his medical and fitness departments when he brought in Kornmayer, to ensure the players could handle the high intensity and pressing playstyle, but some players still just couldn't do it.

Not a fan of the new Champions League format finishing down to 24th and having another chance to get through to the next round in the "Champions League" just isn't cricket.

I have a novel idea let the Champions League be for the winners of European Leagues then have another competition maybe called the UEFA Cup then possibly have another competition called the Cup Winners Cup for cup winners from each nation, 2 legs home and away straight knockout and no seeding. Would also reduce fixtures clubs keep complaining about.

Falling out of football as much as I am horse racing. Not a massive golf fan really but read an article this morning Rory McIlroy this morning and he said a few sensible things, horse racing and football should take note.

"I can see when the golf consumer might get a little fatigued of everything that's available to them"

"So to scale it back a little bit and maybe have a little more scarcity in some of the stuff that we do, like the NFL, I think might not be a bad thing"

"I think 47 or 50 tournaments a year is definitely too many"

Michael Oliver and VAR reaching new lows in the Wolves v Arsenal game, yellow yes red absolutely not.
Looks like the FA agree with you Michael, red card has been rescinded.

Good to see a bit of good old fashioned common sense being used for a change, it's thin on the ground nowa days.

Nice of them to admit they were wrong just in time to change nothing, it could have ended Arsenal's title challenge

In an alternate universe he's gotten the blue card there, that's basically why they wanted it, when they feel a yellow is not enough
