I think I'm having the same trouble as well.
I just traded the 3.5 market in Sporting v Athletic game.
On one click screen and the ladder It won't green up.
I have had to go on Betfair site to complete trade.
Also on one click screen nothing appears in P&L for a minute or so.
This happened on 2.5 goals also.
Problems with delayed positions
Drop a note to support so we can work with you to solve the problem. If others are seeing the same issue then we should be able to trace the issue to some level of common cause. The previous post said that they went to the Betfair website to resolve the issue. Can you do the same? What connection mode are you using and what setting do you have your connection mode tuner set at?
Does running an API version and a non API version produce the same result?
We have solved some pretty obscure issues in our time so I am sure we can get to the bottom of this one.

I've run into a similar problem a couple of times, and only within the last week or two.
Using the ladder, I'll exit a trade by placing a bet in an amount that produces a fully greened position (i.e. in lieu of using the greening button on the One-Click page). But when I switch over to the One-Click page, my positions do not showed that they are greened-up - it looks as if the trade I entered to exit the position has not been executed.
However, it indeed shows all trades have been executed on the "Matched bets" page, and if I go onto betfair's website and select that particular market, the positions all appear correct and show positions that are all green as I would expect. Bet Angel eventually reflects the same, but in these few instances, it has taken several minutes to reflect it properly.

Just had exactly the same problem with a football match. Greened up using the Trade Calculator, bet was matched, Trade Calculator shows stake as 0.00, but the one-click screen still shows the orignal P/L figures, as does the Excel spreadsheet I have open on the market.
I'm experiencing a similar problem. I work with the server edition, in the horse in play market. Speed is vital for me, a bet must be fired in the precise moment I want. since some days it happens that the exel suddenly hangs.... no refresh for some 4-5 seconds and when it comes back, often it's too late to fire the bet. As far as I can see the problem is only of the Exel, in those hang-up seconds BA seems to refresh normally.

I think your issue is probably unrelated to the broader issue being talked about here. If you can contact support we can help you determine what is causing your issue.
On this specifc issue, has anybody tried this non API? We haven't been able to see this issue so we need some path to follow. We need clues as to why this is occuring. The only clue we have at the moment is somebody saying that the web site worked which means it must be API related. Currently all we have is the odd report of issues but we have little to follow at the moment so more detailed information would be very useful.

Regarding my instances, perhaps the following may be of some help:
1) using Bet Angel outside of UK (Eastern Europe)
2) each instance has occurred when betting in-play (horse racing)
3) using connection mode 0
4) seems to occur rather infrequently (<10% of races where I have made an in-play bet)
5) never noticed any occurrences prior to 2 or 3 weeks ago
6) always seems to update and resolve itself at the race's conclusion

A) It's happening on all markets, both 'in play' and pre-event
B) I'm trading in the UK (Southampton)
C) It has nothing to do with Excel
D) It's only started over the past 2 weeks
E) It's happening on every connection mode apart from number 1 (I think this is non-API mode)

Yes, 1 is non API mode so that points us very firmly at an API related issue, thanks for that.
Can you check your connection mode tuner on the settings page and tell us what that is set at?
Also we need to know which version of the software you are using.
