I looked at the card today for 1 minute, unloaded a huge sum on 'Dream Ahead' as a straight outright back punt,and walked off :D

I got off to the worst start since the start of the year. :cry:

I missed the first half dozen races (running on auto) and came home to see what is a large loss for me.
I reduced my auto stakes and stated to trade manually to try and recoup my losses. I then carried on losing as I was thinking about my losses! I lost a total of 13 races on the trot (no pun intended)..
I then decided to "Get a grip" and just forget the losses and do what I normally do..You can probably see from my P&L where my mindset changed.
I wouldn't normally post my P&L but I thought it was worth sharing this to illustrate that if you keep your head and just concentrate on one race at a time (forgetting about what has been and gone, bit like golf!), you will on the law of averages come out on top.

Not a fantastic day overall but very satisfying nonetheless

..and with that, will call it a day i think!
