Waste of time and energy even engaging Derek, when you counter his argument with verifiable facts he just ignores them and moves on to the next fantasy. To be fair he's not the only one on this thread who has done that, or maybe he is? Its hard to know how many aliases some have on the forum.

If I can rescue just one person in my lifetime from a world of delusion it will all be worthwhile.

Problem with debating people is it leaves your ego open to exploitation, be it by wind up merchants or aliases.

Oops, ... did i just see that texas have put in an hugely significant outcome-determinant legal challenge to pennysylvania, georgia,wisconsin and Virginia? Looks like Biden price has already gone up to 1.05, Trump coming in to 18 now!

Looks like the possibilities of him being arrested wont even be needed anyway at this rate!

Seriously, life will drive you mad if you think it's geared against you. Having worked at a variety of levels, it's really hard to get groups of people to do even simple tasks competently, let alone a whole string of aligned global conspiracies. Just the stuff of pure fantasy.

When I've been interviewed, people always question if the market is efficient and how do I make money?

I always pull out the same apocryphal tale of how I find myself often walking along a cliff edge being careful to get the thrill of seeing the edge but not falling over it, when I spot somebody who is about to jump.

When I ask why they are about to jump, they recount this detailed narrative of why they are not afraid because they can fly. I go into great depth about the science of why that is not true and if they do jump, it will be to their death.

At which point the person jumps, just to prove me wrong.

And that my friends, is how I've made so much money in financial and betting markets.
