Rio 2014
We would never know that for sure. But what I am trying to say is that 7:1 is a very unusual score for a team at home holding world cup. They were in a kind of euphoria state and did not play their game properly. And I agree they are weak as a team but not that weak to loose 7:1. It was much less phycological preasure for guests Germans .Naffman wrote:I think if they weren't at home, they would've struggled to get out of the group, so I don't think being at home was a disadvantage.gutuami wrote:I think that if they played somewhere else their game would have been much better. Somehow home advantage proved to be disadvantage.

I was thinking earlier that if Holland were to win tonight, the odds on Germany could come back in..and visa versa if Argentina were to win ?
As the comp progresses towards the latter stages, wont the traded amounts go up ie bring the overall average up?Euler wrote:Prelim data from my trading seems to show 2010 had an averaged of £10m per match, but 2014 isn't over £7m yet.
I cant remember what it finished on last night, but i seem to recall it passed £18m?
We only have two matches left!PeterLe wrote:As the comp progresses towards the latter stages, wont the traded amounts go up ie bring the overall average up?Euler wrote:Prelim data from my trading seems to show 2010 had an averaged of £10m per match, but 2014 isn't over £7m yet.

If they earned enough, they could rent an address elsewhere, like travelling for work! Perhaps passive german traders and gamblers made the difference..LeTiss 4pm wrote:I think the change in BF's stance in Germany has made a big difference, Peter

I know my mentor have found the solution and went back to Betfair.com so could german big football traders, I think...
my guess it that if Argentina wins tonight Germany will win them in the finals. If they loose than Netherlands will win Germans in the final.
Yesterday I felt there was not enough liquidity during inplay so today I got 3beers ready
Let's hope we would have another crazy match
