Think it would be good to see. There might be some swearing at some point though. I think you can learn from losing trades just as much as winning ones. These types of disasters happen. I have been on the upside of plenty of them. Everything was going so well, then in seconds it changed, by the time you realise what is going on it's all over.
I can live with that. It's the nonsense I got involved in after that was shameful stuff.

Ive not been around to do any manual trading today so missed this..
I always find the best way to think of a loss like this is to think that it is only half when you apply the PC!
I know its the same for a win, but the psychology works for me!

The 2 saddest words in the English Vocabulary "IF ONLY" I have learned throughout 40 years of betting to get out when the going is good. Having grown up with lotus (a pre cursor of Excel), I know that I could make a hell of a lot more every time I trade. However I go on long runs of over a hundred trades before losing one. How? I set myself small targets, when reached I green up, and like acorns profits grow. Once something looks a "dead cert" thats when losses occur. My strategy pays for me and my better half to enjoy life. So despite what should have happened expect what happpened to occur regularly.Thats Life! :P

Flashing spoofer was out on this one. He was laying 7gs ( 70,000 pound liability or there about) out at tens. It appeared that the money was matched so he is a happy man tonight although it went off about 22 and nearly won so he must have had a few nervous moments.

Nice little drift on the fav in the 2:10 Mdn Stks at Nottingham. The pullback was a bit sharp at the end.

Thanks Mugs for identifying this in your blog. It helps put a bit of structure in preparing for the day.

Would gladly shake your hand if I'm in the UK someday.

The 4:00 Hcap at Ling.

At first you see a clear trend developing and then out of the blue it makes a sharp U-turn.

What ever could this mean? Why does it happen?

How does a runner go 25 ticks out and come back in for 30 ticks or vice-versa?

That's a good 50 tick trip just to end up where it began!!

Because there is near to zero real money in the markets.

The market makers at the front of the market will move against any new money "very short term" to sell out their trade by using their banks to influence an opinion in the market. If nothing else arrives they will keep going against it because there is nothing to oppose it.

Thats my take anyway.

If anyone else plays right at the very front of the queues I would be interested to hear if they have similar reasoning to me?
