Roberto Martinez would know exactly how to get the best out of the England squad. He also has the experience of managing Belgium and now Portugal and of course previously in the premiership with Everton (got them to 5th snd in europe).
More importantly, his tactical awareness of how the Hispanic region play their football, England would be a threat to any team.
Realistically though, it would seem likely Graham Potter as a stop gap, with Eddie Howe pencilled in for the future.
One thing for sure, it ain't coming home anytime soon (sounds like a song from ole Val Doonican or Roger Whittaker)
