Seems a bunch of my lay bets my bot made that were left open when it crashed lost Oh well there's always tomorrow.

One of their tweets says "there were some issues with the internal tools which was causing issues to access the exchange platform."

No idea how they managed to do that, but I guess until they figured out it was the internal tool causing the issue they wouldn't even have known what to roll back! Crazy.

arent you all automated, wouldnt it make sense to just turn everything on again once the outage is over?

It deals with outages and would have resumed. If it wasn't month end and I didn't have such an unhealthy attachment to my month end figures then I'd have left it. As things were I thought I'd bank what I had and give them a day to get their act sorted, missing a few days a year makes no real difference.
