It's safe to back under after a goal and lay it at a shorter price but I'd be weary of laying it and trusting Betfair would void the bet if the goal's disallowed. Even without the longer term injuries Liverpool usually prefer to use domestic cups to develop their kids, they can't put together 2 world class lineups like City can. They count on the Anfield crowd to carry them through.
