The buffer is not your charge buffer, it's how much gross profit you can win before charges apply.

I notice Betfair managed to take my expert fee nice and promptly yesterday afternoon despite still not even now able to view the calculation page for last week.

Hi. If you are in PCH2 level say for a few weeks and then you drop back to PCH1 is there any advantage as you generated much more comission for few weeks ? I mean if bigger commision = bigger buffer when you drop back under 100 000 ?
To make my question easier : Is it much more advantageous to stay strictly under 100 000 level or can I reach say 105 000/year and pay 40 % only for that 5000 above 100 000 ?
Sorry if my explanation is confusing but hope you understand.

You’d pay 40% on the whole £105k so definitely worth staying under £100k if you’re getting close to that marklibor88 wrote: ↑Tue Feb 11, 2025 2:44 pmHi. Is it right that limit for UK customers is in GBP ( as obvious) and for non -UK is in EUR ? That is quite huge difference to have limit 100 000 GBP or 100 000 EUR.
It is quite confusing because non-UK got email before Christmas, that limits are in EUR, but on Expert Fee page we can see only numbers in GBP.

Drop market line by line results downloaded from the P&L page into cells from A5. Adjust EF rate in cell G2. EF calculated in cell H2, correct within a few pence.
Assumes all markets are 2% commission rate.
I had to reduce the file down to 1000 rows to attach here, so be sure to extend if necessary.
