I tried to call Betfair earlier but couldn't get through.. then saw this on their website...

SERIOUSLY, have you ever encountered a tech company that has as many problems as these guys? It beggars believe :D
Who loses their main switchboard these days?

Anyway at least its not the exchange today...well not yet anyway..

On a positive; we have a knight in shining amour (betdaq) charging towards us to save us from betfair..albeit on a donkey..

I had an issue with BF yesterday evening, so I used the online chat section......bloody hopeless!

I phoned them instead, and much to my surprise they were very friendly & helpful, and managed to resolve my dispute within a minute

In fairness; they have just come up with a temporary solution..It's on it's way apparently

I've had to phone them numerous times over the years and to be fair they've always been pretty helpful when they can, and friendly, which I know they should be but it can't always be easy for them to maintain a decent mood with all the abuse they must get at times!
