Hi,

Don't try this at home.

But keep an eye on the following...

2.20pm Wincanton
Harrys Farewell
Odds 5.9

If its Rank is between 1 and 4 just before the start then back it. Currently its Rank is 3.

Personally, I think this horse will run well enough to be able to lay in-running.

Lets see.... ;)

Odds are now 5.2

Well, I obviously got that slightly wrong as I didn't expect it to win.

Nice green book of £385 when it hit 1.5 in-running.

I will post my selections each morning around 10.00am.

Hopefully, some of you like me backed it at 6.1 this morning.

Happy ticks. :P

There is one tomorrow which stands out.

3.00pm Towcester
A Shade of Bay
Current Odds are 5.6

I would wait until 10.00am in the morning and back it then.

If there are any changes or others then I will post in the morning.

Remember, these wont necessarily win but should do well in-running or be able to be traded out before the start.

If you do bet then please only risk what you can afford to lose.

Happy ticking.

The odds are now 6.0.

I am going to back it now for £100 with 25 tick TP and 25 tick SL.

Happy ticking.

Well, that didn't go that good :)

Yes, sorry, that ran like a dog with 2 legs.

That's the problem with horses, even with a high rating amongst the field, they sometimes do not perform as expected. If only they did all the time then betting would be easy. Its not!!

Never mind, tomorrow is a new day.

The interesting thing is that people started laying it during the show, so they obviously saw something not right about the horse etc.

Maybe that could be a strategy in itself, i.e. if it starts being backed during/shortly after the show then jump on board and back it. If the reverse happens then lay it.

Happy ticking,
