Install on a vps server

im now using tagab server, can i install betangel on that? or do i need change vps provider?? and is the pro version for server?

No i by it from a service named Tagadab..

If you buy one independently then you need to configure the server yourself. There are quite a few components on a standard vps that are not install by default.
