I need to help to create my first simple rule

I am new user in this forum and I am a newbie with Bet Angel. I want to use this software to automate some my ideas, but I don't find a complete guide where I can understand each feature about the automation rules.

For example I don't understand the option "Allow rule to trigger up to N times" and "Wait N seconds before rearming".

I would like create e.g. this simple rule:

- 10 minutes before of the event I want to back on one selection.
- In the first 45 minutes of the event I want to close the trading (with a cash out like in Betfair.com) if the ticks are less of -30 or greater of 30.

How can I apply this simple rule? Can someone help me to understand?
