UK & IRE scratchings

Can someone suggest a website for the official UK & IRE racing scratchings, and what time they're posted? In AUS we have Racing Australia and using their website you always find a couple more scratchings than displayed on bookmaker sites initially. Just can't seem to turn one up for the UK.

Sportinglife.com or attheraces.com both have list of the days non runners, not sure which is fastest.
