In Play - One click Screen Problems

Hello,

When trading in play, I was using global settings with a 20 offset tick size.

Placed a £200 back trade in play, my bet didn't populate but my lay bet was put into the market and was matched, costing me to loose £48.

Why did my back bet not enter the market?

When you say it did nt populate do you mean it never appeared into the market at all or it was just unmatched before the lay bet was taken?

If inplay the inplay delay could result in the price you clicked on money well out of the money before the bet has a chance to be matched.
