How do I setup Betangel so that I type my liability instead of stake when laying? Even betfair website has this option, I guess Betangel must have it but I can't find it...

Go to the auto stake tab and select liability, then type in what you want your largest liability to be, BET Angel will tthen set up the stake sizes acording to odds on offer
