Hi
I'm having a hard time trying to figure out what is my profit rate in every soccer match.
For example, say I back on any market using a stake of $80 and 5 minutes after that I green up with a profit of $3. If I stop trading and go home my profit rate will be 3,75% right? Ok.
BUT, if I decide to enter the same market again, with another back using $120 and 2 minutes after close for more $2 profit with greening.
So, my question is: Is my total investment/liability 80 + 120 = $200 and my profit n this game 3 + 2 = $5 ?
If yes, my profit rate will be 5/200 = 2,5% ?
And if I start doing this a lot of times in a game, my profit rate will tend decrease? Is that right?
Thank you in advance

Not sure if that number means anything. Perhaps it's better to look at the return on capital at risk: reason from the highest amount risked at any time. In this case that's 120. You were able to make 5, so 5/120 = 4.17%
That's actually a perfectly valid question
I have an Excel spreadsheet which conducts allsorts of calculations on my performance, including the breakdown of each sport
However, your exact question is incorporated by me into 2 columns.
1.ROI vs Bank
2.ROI vs Total Liability on Market
What does it tell me?
Nothing that will interest anyone else. In fact it almost becomes simply an additional source of information to me, but it does certainly highlight which sports provide the greatest %ROI to my style of trading
