Dutching correct scores

Hello I'm new to all this please help i do correct scores which I'm having good success but would like to know can you green up on the bet.what I mean is if the score is say 3-0 & that's what u have & theirs 20mins left in the game if you try to cash out in bet fair you will lose some of your money.Is there a way of not losing.any tips would be great many thanks steviey
